These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between the provider and customers (“you”) concerning the website communicationforge.com, the waitlist, and the program “The Voice Identity” and related digital offers (together the “Services”). The provider is:
Romina Alexandru, sole proprietor, trading as Communication Forge
Mohrstraße 2, 80939 München, Germany
Email: [email protected] · Phone: +49 171 3502259
Website: communicationforge.com
“Consumer” means any natural person who concludes the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Where these Terms differ for consumers and businesses, this is stated. Terms of the customer that deviate from these Terms do not apply unless we expressly agree in writing.
“The Voice Identity” is a program for professionals, offered by Communication Forge. It is a digital, self-directed program of structured daily exercises (“reps”) delivered online over 30 days. The exact content, format, scope and access period of each offer are described on its order page at the time of purchase and form part of the contract.
The program is an educational and training offer. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal or other regulated advice.
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us to conclude a contract. We use your email address to notify you about the launch and early-access offers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us. We do not guarantee that a program place, a particular price or an early-access offer will be available to waitlist members.
The presentation of the program on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. An order can only be placed through a customer account (see section 4a). By completing the order process and clicking the final order button, you make a binding offer to buy. Before submitting, you can review and correct your entries. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation by email or by granting you access to the program, whichever happens first. We store the contract data; you can retrieve these Terms at any time on this website, and we send you the order details by email.
You need a customer account to take part in the program. You create the account and log in before ordering; the contract is only concluded through your logged-in account. To register we need your name, a valid email address and a password, and you confirm your email address through a link we send you. The account is personal and non-transferable. You must provide truthful and current information and keep your login details secret. Through your account you can use the program, view your order details and – during the withdrawal period – withdraw from your contract (section 9). The data we process in doing so is described in the Privacy Policy.
The price shown on the order page at the time of your order applies. Prices are quoted in euros, without VAT being shown, pursuant to § 19 UStG (small-business regulation). Founding-member, beta or early-access prices apply only to the offer and the period stated on the order page.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due on conclusion of the contract unless the order page states otherwise. Payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed without justification, we may suspend access until payment is made.
After your payment is received, you receive access to the program digitally through your customer account for the access period stated on the order page. Technical requirements (a current browser and an internet connection; a microphone for exercises that use one) are your responsibility.
We grant you a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program content for your personal (or, if you buy as a business, internal) use during the access period. You may not copy, resell, share account access, publicly make available, or otherwise exploit the content, in whole or in part, without our written consent. All rights in the content, texts, audio, video, methods and branding, including the names “The Voice Identity” and “Communication Forge”, remain with us.
Progress depends on your own practice, starting point and circumstances. We do not promise a specific outcome, such as a career result, a salary, or a particular level of speaking ability.
We grant the following right of withdrawal to all consumers, regardless of where they live. For consumers whose habitual residence is in Germany or the rest of the European Union it is the statutory right of withdrawal; for consumers in other countries we grant it contractually on the same terms. Mandatory consumer rights of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected (see section 13). The following information applies:
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the “Withdraw from contract” button in your customer account and then submit the withdrawal with “Confirm withdrawal”. The withdrawal function is available to you throughout the withdrawal period. You can also inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter or an email) (Romina Alexandru, Communication Forge, Mohrstraße 2, 80939 München, Germany; email: [email protected]; phone: +49 171 3502259). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Early start and expiry of the right. If you ask us to begin providing the program during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to what has been provided up to the time you notify us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal also expires if we have begun performance after you (1) expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and (2) confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so (§ 356 (5) BGB). We will ask for this agreement and confirmation separately at checkout and confirm it to you on a durable medium.
Confirmation of receipt. If you declare your withdrawal through your customer account, we will confirm receipt to you without undue delay by email to your account address. The confirmation contains the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt. It does not mean that we have already examined whether the withdrawal is valid.
Optional reason. After your withdrawal is complete, you may voluntarily tell us why you withdrew. Giving a reason is not required and has no effect on your right of withdrawal.
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

You are responsible for the actions you or third parties take on the basis of the program content. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
The statutory rights regarding defects of digital products apply. If the program or its access does not work as agreed, please contact us at the address above so that we can fix it.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued, so no link to it is provided.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only so far as it does not remove the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside. If you are a business, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
We may update these Terms for future contracts; the version in force when you order applies to your contract. If a provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the statutory rules replace the invalid one.
